A very satisfying result for Kentico (and our customers)
Thanks to Kentico’s high satisfaction score and large market presence, Kentico is once again named a Leader in this quarter’s G2 Grid ® Report for Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).

This year we welcome Storyblock to the Leaders board, however, Adobe, Optimizely, and Liferay remain in the contender category, due to poor satisfaction scores.

Kentico's impressive performance and competitive edge
While Kentico looks forward to soon topping the leaderboard in all satisfaction categories, we’re very proud that we’re on track, with consistently good scores across the board — a sign of balanced growth and a customer-led, product-wide focus.
We’re particularly proud of our score for meeting customer requirements (94%) and our increase of 5% for the quality of support we provide (now 92%), taking us above average.
Eight out of nine of our scores were higher than those of Adobe and Acquia.
We beat Sitefinity in every single satisfaction score, with a whopping lead of 26% in willingness to recommendation and 23% more in product direction. Our NPS was also 58% higher.
We also won against Sitecore in every category, with a massive 24% lead in ease of set up and an NPS score 39% higher. Our score for likelihood to recommend (93%) was among the best on the board, while Sitecore’s (83%) among the worst of our closest competitors. Sitecore's overall satisfaction score was just 18 (compared to Kentico’s 61).
Kentico vs. Contentsquare: A satisfaction showdown
The company to beat in satisfaction ratings this quarter was Contentsquare... so that’s exactly what we did! We surpassed their scores in product direction (their 95% to our 98%), ease of set up (their 79% to our 85%), and ease of use (their 89% to our 90%).
Contentsquare beat Kentico by 1% in terms of how many 4- and 5-star reviews they got (their 100% to our 99%). However, it’s worth noting that Kentico’s score took four times as many reviews into account than Contentsquare’s.
We were tantalizingly close behind them in terms of willingness to recommend (their 96% to our 93%) and meeting the requirements (their 95% to our 94%). However, we made up for this with much higher adoption scores (our 55% to their 24%).
