This Privacy Policy tells you what to expect when any Kentico Group company collects your personal data in the situations described below, such as when you visit a Kentico website or use Kentico software products or services.

Kentico Group consists of the following companies:

In this Privacy Policy, each of the above companies is individually referred to as "Kentico" and all these companies collectively as the "Kentico Group". The Kentico Group company to which you provide your personal data (e.g. when you enter into a contract with such company for the provision of a software product or service) will be the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Kentico Group is committed to protecting your personal information. Whenever you provide such information, Kentico Group companies will only use your information in line with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Your information will be kept in a secure environment, and access to it will be restricted according to the 'need to know' principle.

1. Visiting a Kentico website

What data will be collected about you?

When you visit a website operated by Kentico (for example kentico.com, xperience.io or their subdomains) (“Kentico website”), Kentico may collect information about how you use the website and the devices that you use to access the website. This includes typically the following information about you:

  • the Internet domain, registered company (if applicable), GeoIP information, and Internet address of the computer you are using;
  • identification of the page or service you are requesting;
  • the type of browser and operating system you are using;
  • date and time of access;
  • the Internet address of the website from which you arrived at our website;
  • cookies information.

Furthermore, when you actively submit information about you to Kentico using a Kentico website, typically when you fill in a contact form, or when you create or use your account on the website, Kentico will collect also the submitted information. The information will consist typically of your contact details and related personal data such as name, business e-mail address, company, phone number, country, password, IP address, and office address.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Cookies
    • Kentico websites use cookies in order to work properly and provide a good user experience. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site, respond to surveys, or participate in polls. Kentico uses four types of cookies:
      • Necessary cookies - these cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the websites and use their features. Without these cookies, some core site functionality will not work properly.
      • Preference cookies – these cookies make things easier for you by, for example, remembering the language, in which you wish to display the websites, etc.
      • Analytical cookies - these cookies allow Kentico to perform site usage analytics so that it can measure and improve the performance of the sites.
      • Marketing cookies - the objective of these cookies is to link Kentico websites to third-party social media and advertising networks, such as Facebook or Google Ads. With this connection, Kentico can present relevant ads to you even outside its websites.
    • Kentico will only process preference, analytical and marketing cookies if you give your consent (within the meaning of section 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) via the cookie bar on the Kentico website or by setting preferences in the Cookies Policy, where you can also withdraw your consent at any time. Your personal data will be used only for the duration of your consent. 
    • Processing of necessary cookies is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to ensure the basic functions of Kentico websites. Necessary cookies will be processed for the duration of this purpose. You have right to object any time to the processing of your necessary cookies in accordance with sec. 21 of the GDPR.

  • Queries, complaints, feedback 
    • If you submit your queries, complaints, feedback, etc. via a Kentico website, Kentico will use the provided information to respond to the submitted queries, complaints, or feedback.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to respond to the submitted queries, complaints, or feedback and to improve its products and services hereby. For this purpose, the data will be processed for the period necessary to deliver the response, maximally for a period of four years. You have right to object any time to the processing of your personal data in accordance with sec. 21 of the GDPR. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, Kentico will not be able to respond.
  • Registration 
    • If you create your account on a Kentico website, Kentico will use the information you provided during the creation or use of the account in order to ensure the account is created and works and to provide you with services corresponding to the account.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to perform the respective contractual obligations and to take steps prior to entering into respective contractual obligations at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed maximally for a period of four years after your account is closed. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to create your account.
  • Ordering Kentico’s products or services 
    • If you use a Kentico website to order any of Kentico’s products or services, Kentico will use the information you submit in the respective order form for the purpose of taking steps prior to entering into a respective contract.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a respective contract at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed during the performance of the contract, and maximally for a period of four years after its termination. When it becomes obvious that the contract will not be concluded, the data will be processed maximally for a period of four years. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to order any of Kentico’s products or services.
  • Sales and Marketing Communication 
    • If you actively submit information about you to Kentico using a Kentico website, typically when you fill in a contact form or create or use your account on Kentico website, Kentico may collect provided data for the purpose of sales and marketing communication. More detailed information can be found below in the section “Sales and Marketing Communication”.

2. Using Kentico software products and services

What data will be collected about you?

When you or the company you work for order, buy or use a Kentico software product or service, such as Kentico Xperience 13 or Xperience by Kentico, Kentico will collect your data provided in the product or service contract (“Contract”) and other data provided to it in relation to the conclusion and performance of the Contract or when using the purchased product or service. Collected data consist typically of contact details such as name, e-mail address, and phone number, and invoicing details such as your bank account number. Kentico may also collect data on how you use the purchased Kentico software product or service (which functionalities do you use, your mouse movements and clicks etc.).

Furthermore, when you create your account on Kentico Xperience Client Portal, Kentico will collect also the information you provide while creating or using your account.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion of the Contract
    • Kentico will use your data to prepare the Contract and related documentation, to prepare for the performance of its obligations under the Contract and for other steps related to the conclusion of the Contract.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to take steps prior to entering into the Contract at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the Contract is concluded, or until it becomes obvious that the Contract will not be concluded. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to conclude the Contract.
  • Performance of the Contract 
    • Kentico will use your data to perform its rights and obligations arising out of the Contract, especially for the provision of the Kentico software product and invoicing.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the Contract (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the termination of all the contractual obligations arising out of the Contract. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, the Contract cannot be concluded and performed.
  • Provision of the Xperience by Kentico (SaaS)
    • Kentico will process your data to fulfill its rights and obligations under the Contract, including providing the Xperience by Kentico (SaaS), invoicing, and creating and maintaining your account. For more information about Personal Data processed during the provision of services, refer to Personal Data in Xperience by Kentico (SaaS).
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to perform the contractual obligations related to the Xperience by Kentico (SaaS) arising out of the Contract and to take steps prior to entering into respective contractual obligations at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until your account is closed.
  • Kentico Xperience Client Portal 
    • If you create your account on the Kentico Xperience Client Portal, Kentico will use the information you provided during the creation or use of the account in order to ensure the account is created and works, and to provide you with the services corresponding to the account and the purchased Kentico software product or service.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to perform the contractual obligations related to the Kentico Xperience Client Portal arising out of the Contract and to take steps prior to entering into respective contractual obligations at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until your account is closed. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to create your account.
  • UX research
    • Kentico may use the data about how you use Kentico software products and services (which functionalities do you use, your mouse movements and clicks etc.) to determine how these products and services are typically used and to define their possible improvements and further development. Your data will be strictly protected, will not include the content uploaded to the products and services (texts, photos, etc.) and will not be used for any other purpose.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to improve and further develop its products and services. You have right to object any time to the processing of your personal data in accordance with sec. 21 of the GDPR. The data will be processed for the duration of this purpose, but for a maximum of three years after collection.
  • Marketing and Sales Communication
    • For the purpose of sales and marketing communication, Kentico uses only your basic contact details, typically name, company, working position, business e-mail address, phone number and country.
    • Kentico may use your contact details to send you sales and marketing communications, mainly in the form of targeted, dedicated e-mails and newsletters or may otherwise contact you with these sales and marketing communications (e.g. by phone, sms or LinkedIn). These communications will relate in particular to Kentico products and services, events organized by Kentico and news related to Kentico or its products or services, which you may find interesting.
    • Processing of your personal data for this purpose is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interest pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to inform you about Kentico’s products and services, events and related news. You have right to object any time to the processing of your personal data in accordance with sec. 21 of the GDPR. You can also opt-out of receiving e-mail, sms, LinkedIn or similar electronic communications any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of any such communication.
    • If you give Kentico your consent with processing your personal data for the purpose of sales and marketing communication, your personal data may also be processed in the manner described in the "Sales and Marketing Communication" section below.

3. Participating in Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program

What data will be collected about you?

When you or the company you work for participate in the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program, Kentico will collect information you provide while registering for the program, and information which you provide to Kentico in relation to your participation in the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program. Collected data consist typically of contact details such as name, seat/residence, e-mail address, and phone number.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data to perform its rights and obligations arising out of the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program.

Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations arising out of the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the termination of all the contractual obligations arising out of your participation in the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you cannot participate in the Kentico Xperience Solution Partner Program.

4. Applying for Kentico MVP Award

What data will be collected about you?

If you or the company you work for apply for the Kentico MVP Award, Kentico will collect all the submitted information, typically contact data and information on your activities related to Kentico software products or services.

For the purpose of evaluation of your application, Kentico may collect other public information about you, including information from your blogs, social networks, etc.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data to evaluate your MVP Award Application on the basis of the criteria published on the Kentico website.

If you are granted the Kentico MVP Award, Kentico will use the information about you to announce the Award and to give you the benefits of the Kentico MVP Program. Your basic contact data together with your photograph will be published on the Kentico website describing you as a current Kentico MVP.

Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations arising out of the Kentico MVP Award Program (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the Kentico MVP Awards are awarded and if you are awarded, then for the validity of the Kentico MVP Award (one year). You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to participate in the Kentico MVP Award Program.

5. Sales and Marketing Communication

What data will be collected about you?

When you actively submit information about you to Kentico, for example by filling in a contact form or creating or using your account on Kentico website, Kentico may collect provided data for the purpose of sales and marketing communication. For this purpose, Kentico uses only your basic contact details, typically name, company, working position, business e-mail address, phone number and country.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

If you are not a Kentico customer or its contact person, Kentico will use your personal data for the purpose of sales and marketing communication only with your explicit consent, regardless whether given during your activities on a Kentico website or otherwise. If you or the company you work for are or become a client of Kentico, your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of sales and marketing communication in the manner described in the "Using Kentico software products and services" section above, i.e. without your consent.

If you give Kentico your consent, Kentico Group companies may use your contact details to send you sales and marketing communications, mainly in the form of targeted, dedicated e-mails, newsletters and user experience survey questionnaires, or may otherwise contact you with these sales and marketing communications (e.g. by phone, sms or LinkedIn). These communications will relate in particular to Kentico products and services, events organized by Kentico and news related to Kentico or its products or services, which you may find interesting. Kentico Group companies may also use public resources and customer databases provided by third parties to correct, complete and update your personal data and obtain additional information about the company you work for to ensure that the communications always reach you and are relevant to your needs.

Processing of your personal data for this purpose is based on your consent (within the meaning of the sec. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Your personal data will be used only for the duration of your consent. You may withdraw the consent any time via the kentico.com website using the Consents page. You have no legal obligation to provide your personal data. You can also opt-out of receiving e-mail, sms, LinkedIn or similar electronic communications any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of any such communication.

6. Participating in UX research 

What data will be collected about you?

When you participate in a UX research conducted by Kentico, Kentico will collect information you provide while registering for the UX reasearch, typically contact details such as name, company, email address, LinkedIn profile and job position. In addition, Kentico will collect data on how you use the tested Kentico software or service during the UX research (which functionalities do you use, your mouse movements and clicks etc.) and will capture audio and video footage of your person.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data for the purpose of UX research only with your explicit consent, which you can usually provide when you register for a UX search.

If you give Kentico your consent, Kentico will use the data it has collected about you to evaluate the results of the UX research and to define possible improvements and further development of Kentico products and services. Kentico may also use your personal data to provide you with a reward for participating in the UX research.

Processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent (within the meaning of the sec. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Your personal data will be used only for the duration of your consent, but for a maximum of three years after collection. The data will then be anonymised or deleted. You may withdraw the consent any time via the kentico.com website using the Consents page. You have no legal obligation to provide your personal data.

7. Participating in Kentico Xperience Training and Certification Program

What data will be collected about you?

When you or the company you work for order or buy a Kentico Xperience training, Kentico will collect your data provided in the contract on the provision of the Kentico Xperience training (“Contract”) and other data provided to it in relation to the conclusion and performance of the Contract or when participating in the training. Collected data consist typically of contact details such as name, e-mail address and phone number, invoicing details such as your bank account number, training progress and results and certification progress and results.

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

Kentico will use your personal data to perform its rights and obligations arising out of the Kentico Xperience Training and Certification Program.

Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations arising out of the Kentico Xperience Training and Certification Program (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the termination of all the contractual obligations arising out of your participation in the Kentico Xperience Training and Certification Program. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you cannot participate in the Kentico Xperience Training and Certification Program.

8. Attending Kentico events

What data will be collected about you?

If you attend a workshop or any other event organized by Kentico (“Event”), Kentico will collect information you provide when you sign up for the Event or during the Event. Collected data consist typically of basic contact details such as name, residence, company, phone number, and e-mail address. 

How will Kentico use the data it collects about you and for what purposes?

  • Performance of the Event 
    • Kentico will use the data to organize the Event, to perform the Event, and to provide you with the necessary services related to the Event.
    • Furthermore, Kentico may use the data in order to send you background papers and presentations from the Event, unless you let Kentico know by e-mail at privacy@kentico.com that you do not want these materials.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary to perform the respective contractual obligations and to take steps prior to entering into respective contractual obligations at your request (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data will be processed until the termination of all the respective contractual obligations. You have no legal obligation to provide the data, nevertheless, in that case, you will not be able to attend any Event.
    • If you attend an Event organized by Kentico together with one of our business partners (implementation agency), we reserve the right to share your personal data with the partner for the purpose of the Event and related marketing activities. 
  • Evaluation of the Event 
    • Kentico may use your data also to evaluate the efficiency of the Event. For this purpose, Kentico may also match the collected data with other data that Kentico collects about you.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Kentico within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. For this purpose, the data may be processed until the termination of all the respective contractual obligations and further for the next four years. You have right to object any time to the processing of your personal data in accordance with sec. 21 of the GDPR.
  • Use of your photographs 
    • If you explicitly give Kentico consent to use your photographs, audio and video records taken at the Event, Kentico may use them to inform about the Event and anyhow promote the Event. For this purpose, the photographs, audio and video records may be published on Kentico’s websites or social media.
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is based on your consent within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your personal data will be used only for the duration of your consent. You may withdraw the consent any time simply by letting us know by e-mail at privacy@kentico.com. You have no legal obligation to provide the data.
  • Events co-organized by our partners  
    • If you attend an Event organized by Kentico together with one of our business partners (implementation agency), we reserve the right to share your data including the photographs, audio and video records with the partner for the purpose of the Event and related marketing activities.

9. Use of reCAPTCHA v3

We use the reCAPTCHA v3 service provided by Google LLC ("Google") on Kentico websites to protect against automated spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA is a security measure designed to ensure that interactions on Kentico website are performed by real users rather than automated bots.

What data will be collected about you?

reCAPTCHA may collect various types of information, including but not limited to:

  • User interactions with Kentico website, such as mouse movements and clicks.
  • Technical information about your device and browser, including your IP address.
  • A risk score generated by reCAPTCHA, which helps determine whether a user is likely to be a bot or a legitimate user

Why do we use reCAPTCHA v3?

We use reCAPTCHA v3 to protect the security and integrity of our website, as well as to ensure a safe and enjoyable browsing experience for our users. It helps us differentiate between human and automated interactions and prevent fraudulent activities, such as spam submissions or unauthorized access.

Your consent

By using a Kentico website, you consent to the collection and processing of your data by reCAPTCHA in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Please note that your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's terms and policies, and we recommend reviewing them for more information about how Google processes your data.

Data storage and retention

Kentico does not store reCAPTCHA data on its servers. Google may store and process the data collected by reCAPTCHA as described in their privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data and to have it deleted. If you have concerns about the data collected by reCAPTCHA or wish to exercise your rights under data protection laws, please contact us using the information provided in the "Your Rights Under the GDPR" section below.

10. Recipients

Kentico Group is a multinational group of companies that provides its products and services worldwide through its individual group companies. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to any of the Kentico Group companies listed in the introductory part of this Privacy Policy, provided that there is a reason for such transfer and such transfer does not violate the GDPR or other applicable data protection laws.

Kentico also uses external suppliers who may process your personal data as processors (within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR) when providing their products and services to Kentico. These suppliers include:

  • providers of information systems, cloud-based software, data storages or similar services used by Kentico;
  • providers of professional services such as attorneys at law, accountants and tax advisors
  • customer database providers, such as Zoom Information, Inc., which Kentico may use to correct, complete and update your personal data if you give your consent with processing personal data for the purpose of sales and marketing communication.

Your personal data will be kept within Kentico Group and abovementioned third parties except where disclosure is required by law (e.g. government bodies), or except where disclosure is necessary to protect Kentico’s rights (e.g. courts). 

Some of the abovementioned recipients of your personal data are seated or have their establishments outside the European Union. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. As Kentico is responsible for your personal data, it always ensures that your data remains protected and secure when being transferred. Your personal data may be transferred to countries for which an adequate level of personal data protection is verified by an adequacy decision of the European Commission, including transfers to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In other cases, your personal data may be transferred on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular in the form of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

11. Your Rights Under the GDPR

As a data subject, you have all the rights under the GDPR, specifically:

  • the right to obtain confirmation from Kentico as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and further information according to sec. 15 of the GDPR such as the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;
  • the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you according to sec. 16 of the GDPR;
  • the right to obtain the erasure of personal data under the circumstances set in sec. 17 of the GDPR, e.g., in case the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • the right to obtain restriction of processing under the circumstances set in sec. 18 of the GDPR, e.g., you contest the accuracy of the processed personal data;
  • the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to Kentico, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Kentico under the circumstances set in sec. 20 of the GDPR;
  • the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or to processing for direct marketing purposes, pursuant to sec. 21 of the GDPR;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to sec. 77 of the GDPR (in the Czech Republic the supervisory authority is the Personal Data Protection Office with its seat at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7).

12. CCPA Notice

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") became effective on January 1, 2020, and grants a variety of privacy rights to California consumers.
 
 We take pride in the relationship of trust we have built with our customers, and we are committed to treating your personal information with care and respect. We use this notice to make disclosures required by the CCPA.
 
 You have a right to opt out of any selling of your personal information. Kentico does not sell your personal information, so we do not offer a choice to opt out.
 
 We only collect and share your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Kentico processes your information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and we may share personal information with Service Providers, as defined by the CCPA, to perform services specified by written contract. In addition, we may share personal information with third parties for other business purposes, as permitted by the CCPA. These purposes may include the following:

  • Protection against security threats, abuse, and illegal activity. Kentico uses and may disclose information to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and for protecting against other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. For example, to protect our services, Kentico may receive or disclose information about IP addresses that malicious actors have compromised.
  • Audits and measurement. Kentico uses information for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used.
  • Maintenance of our services. Kentico uses information to ensure that our services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting bugs and other issues that you report to us.
  • Research and development. Kentico uses information to improve our services and to develop new products, features, and technologies that benefit our users.
  • Use of service providers. Kentico shares information with service providers, including our partners and distributors, to perform services on our behalf, in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. For example, we may rely on service providers to help provide customer support.

You have the right to:

  • Know what specific pieces of personal information Kentico has collected and retained about you over the previous 12 months.

13. Other Aspects of the Data Processing

  • Using in order to protect Kentico’s rights and legitimate interests 
    • Kentico may use your data also to avoid potential litigations against it and to defend its rights and legitimate interests (especially before courts) related to the purpose for which the data were processed specified in this Privacy Policy (e.g., the performance of the Contract, or participation in the Kentico Solution Partner Program).
    • Processing of your data for this purpose is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by Kentico (within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). For this purpose, the data may be processed for the period adequate to the relevant limitation periods, usually up to eleven years from the date when the last limitation period commences. This period suspends in case you assert any claim against Kentico related to the relevant purpose of processing of your data until the final decision of the court having jurisdiction in this case.
  • Data of contact persons 
    • In case you hand personal data of your contact person, or any other third person, over to Kentico, please make sure that the personal data are handed over in compliance with GDPR. Specifically, please ensure that such person is duly informed that their personal data will be handed over to Kentico and for what purpose.
    • Kentico may use the personal data for the purpose they were handed over, typically to communicate with you in case of personal data of the contact person. Processing of the personal data is based on the legitimate interests pursued by Kentico within the meaning of sec. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  • Data security 
    • Any information you provide to Kentico is safeguarded and secure. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Kentico has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
    • Access to your personal information is restricted to those Kentico employees who need to know that information in order to process it. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to disciplinary action, including job contract termination, if they fail to meet those obligations.
