Sanlam’s rich heritage in providing financial products and services spans over 100 years. Following a customer insights project, Sanlam UK wanted to turn that insight into action and commissioned Crafted to deliver its new website. To drive more enquiries and to position Sanlam UK as an industry leader for financial information, it was necessary to deliver a fast, secure, reliable site that supports a client portal and provides a high level of content flexibility and a digital brochure builder. The website utilizes a broad range of Kentico features, including Custom Widgets, Form Builder, and the Categorization feature for the “help me” section allowing users to access the information most relevant for them.

With more than 75 years of experience in the delivery of heating oil and propane business, Dead River Company operates via a network of 50 locally managed offices with more than 1,000 employees. As the website and e-commerce engine had to be integrated with Heatable’s Dead River E3 ERP and customer delivery systems, i3 Digital created a custom business logic layer with tailored API. Customers are now able to easily check oil prices in their area, and order, pay and book delivery in a matter of a few clicks. The Email Marketing features are connected to a third-party SMS engine and associated push notification module for in-app communications to facilitate multi-channel communications and push marketing.

Speed Queen products are part of Laundromats, Multi-housing, and On-Premises markets. Kentico was chosen to provide an Enterprise Level CMS that could accommodate a multicultural, multilingual platform, and enable integrations with other tools. The new Speed Queen website was created for ease of content entry. The site incorporates pages that have highly structured content, as well as flexible page layouts with widgets allowing the content to meet the specific needs of the page. There are three custom tables to store data, for finance calculator data, and for product types. REST API was used for the JavaScript to retrieve data from the custom table for use in the calculator.

Alzheimer’s Association

The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. They needed a web portal to serve a diverse audience, as well as manage more than 75 different local chapter sites. With initial digital strategy and design work provided by BlueKey, BlueModus provided a full technical implementation that included many Kentico features, including robust out-of-the-box support for more than 1,000 user roles and permissions, configured to securely support both the Alzheimer's Association home office as well as the extensive network of chapter sites within the same system. Kentico localization features were also used to generate a Spanish language mirror site.

RMAPA’s renowned medical experts and many years of experience make their fertility treatment one of the best in class in the market. RMAPA knows that providing a robust resource for fertility information that simultaneously highlights their expertise is paramount. It was necessary to streamline navigation and content to make it easy to digest and transverse the site. RMAPA needed a site that was easy to update and flexible enough to display massive amounts of content, including newsletters, blogs, statistics, FAQs, patient stories, and videos. After the website redesign, conversions increased by 57%, consultation request increased by 3,600%, and egg donor applications increased by 314%.

Based on the results of the nSight customer segmentation marketing survey, Ntara segmented personas based on gender, age, income, and region to create unique user paths and customer journeys. Robust analytics were implemented to start tracking user behavior, identify areas for optimization, and plan for future site phases.

Activate Learning is an educational group comprising secondary, further, and higher education, apprenticeship and workforce training, consultancy and commercial business. The purpose of their new website is to promote the group and its colleges to key target audiences, and to be a significant student recruitment and commercial tool, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution and other digital marketing tools (e.g., dotmailer for email campaigns). Kentico features help Spindogs to deliver a complex website; customized Kentico Smart Search index concentrates data from both the course header and occurrence page types, and Custom Forms ensures the right data is imported to Dynamics CRM.

Bandera Electric Cooperative

Bandera Electric Cooperative (BEC) is a power cooperative based out of Bandera, Texas. They were looking to modernize the website to be more customer friendly and serve as an improved lead generation tool for the sales team. One area of improvement for the site was click distance. BEC stressed the importance of the user getting the information they needed in less time than it currently took on the existing website. Through the use of personalization on the site, Bandera is able to present pertinent information to specific user groups, in order to get the users to relevant information more efficiently and to generate more quality leads from users browsing the site.

Blue Rhino

As the leading brand of consumer propane exchange in the United States, Blue Rhino’s ready-to-grill propane tanks are available at more than 45,000 retail stores. They needed a responsive platform where consumers could learn about Blue Rhino propane exchange and find a propane location near them. BlueModus overhauled their popular location finder feature, using different technical approaches for desktop and mobile versions of the site. Kentico’s GEO IP was implemented in conjunction with an integration with Mapbox, to provide location-finder technology and map out retailer locations. Twilio was also integrated to allow users to have locations and directions texted to them.

Crisis Prevention Institute

The Crisis Prevention Institute’s mission is to reduce the likelihood and severity of workplace violence incidents. The aim of their new website was to create a new user experience for both public and private users of the website. The prior site was aging infrastructure that no longer could accommodate their growth and plans for the future. At the beginning, it was challenging to connect Kentico to a custom legacy development in their former e-commerce platform. The upgrade was necessary and thunder::tech learned a lot about how to integrate custom code with standard out-of-the-box, Kentico. The website is built within the Kentico Portal Engine and is integrated with Marketo.
