Pan Macmillan

With their almost 200 years’ history, Pan Macmillan is one of the biggest publishers in the UK, and it is part of the Macmillan Group, which operates in more than 70 countries worldwide. The redesigned Pan Macmillan website was originally launched by Distinction in June 2016, however in 2018 Distinction worked in partnership with the Pan Macmillan team to refine, streamline, and improve both the CMS and front-end experience of the website. Pan Macmillan also need the ability to personalize a user’s experience through marketing communication. Developments to product pages in 2018 have produced spectacular results on genre/book pages: 597% increase in sessions, and 570% increase in users.

NGS Super

NGS Super is the leading industry super fund for those in non-government education, mutual finance, and community organizations in Australia. It has more than $9 billion in funds under management and 100,000 members. NGS Super required a platform that would provide security and stability as well as empowering its staff to be self-sufficient in maintaining and content managing the site. This MVC project involved a rigorous discovery phase involving 40 hours of recorded interviews and a rapid build phase utilizing agile project methodology. There are also fully customized multi-step forms (Member Join, Employer Join, Financial Advice Request, Publication Order Request), whose data is stored in Kentico Forms.

Marshalls

Kentico MVC has provided Marshalls with a flexible and secure platform to integrate with the third-party functionality required to streamline their CMS and integrate with their PIM, allowing them to showcase their broad range of products and services and to generate fresh leads. The team prototyped the integration work with Salsify to create a PIM system that would draw product information from a single source, integrating with Azure Cosmos DB to provide better platform performance when accessing data from the website. The site has seen significant conversion improvements since its launch: 219,000 new site users, 1,000,000+ page views, and 2,000 quote requests.

Bracken

Bracken Workspace Plus was created through the rebranding of Bracken Business Centers, to mark their 10th anniversary in the serviced office business. The first goal of the project was to provide Bracken’s internal team with greater control over the website content, with a particular emphasis on making the management of office availability more intuitive, and the second goal was to create a website that encouraged and facilitated meeting room bookings and office space enquiries. In the 15 days since go-live (26 November–10 December), the website saw a 40% increase in sessions and a 237% increase in pageviews when compared with the previous 15-day period.

Blue Mountains Road Trip

Blue Mountains Road Trip is a website developed by the NSW Government Office of Environment and Heritage to provide information to anyone interested in taking a trip to the world-famous Blue Mountains area. The goal is to affiliate the other Botanic Gardens sites, particularly the one in Mt. Tomah in the Blue Mountains. Kentico Widgets are extensively used for a layout customization. As the site is very content heavy, it was a requirement to be able to break up the pages with different types of content such as video or related items and have it all searchable. This brand new website was launched after four months of development and preparation, and its content is maintained by three editors.

Frontwave Credit Union

Frontwave Credit Union is a California-based financial institution that has been serving the community since 1952. The new website needed to reveal and represent the new brand name and identity, and to tell Frontwave’s story. Strong calls to action are here to convert visitors into leads, and helpful resources generate trust and encourage continued engagement with the brand. With the new website, Frontwave wanted to offer a more modern and positive experience for visitors on all screen sizes and devices, requiring an updated, responsive design, and ADA compliance. Out-of-the-box Kentico features included those for SEO, the ASPX + Portal Engine page template system, Web Parts, and Widgets.

Headwaters Health Care Foundation

Headwaters Health Care Foundation’s primary purpose is to grow, inspire, and nurture relationships with donors to assist them in their goal of enabling Headwaters Health Care Centre to provide sustainable, high-quality, patient-centered health care to the community. There was a need for displaying clear and consistent “calls to action” throughout, increasing the use of simple infographics and other visual elements and developing an elegant and fully mobile responsive website across all devices. A six-month long project, migrated from WordPress, highlight strong aspects of Kentico as it allowed for scalability where needed, and ultimately helped deliver a more responsive, intuitive, and compelling website.

MCC/Lord's

Marylebone Cricket Club is one of the world’s most active cricket clubs, the owner of Lord’s Ground in London and the guardian of the Laws of Cricket. Positive redeveloped the Lord's and MCC members’ sites to deliver a fully responsive and contemporary experience reflecting the status of the club, alongside their sporting peers across the world. Long-form storytelling pages are created by widgets for items such as the History of MCC. Kentico is used extensively for performing user authentication with SEE360’s CRM. After the redesign, content managers are spending 30% less time managing the site compared with the previous platform, server response time is down by 31%, and page download speed decreased by 10%.

Park Ridge Community Bank

Park Ridge is a successful privately held bank located in Park Ridge, IL. For more than two decades, Park Ridge Community Bank has proudly served the people and businesses of Park Ridge and the surrounding communities. The bank came to Americaneagle.com to redesign timetobank.com to help current and potential customers with a modern online customer experience both on desktop and mobile. While Park Ridge utilizes many of the out of the box features offered by Kentico, such as forms and videos, the Americaneagle.com team built a custom tool which allows Park Ridge Community bank to easily update their competitive rates.

Sovereign Housing

Sovereign needed a scalable portal with a refreshed customer experience and the technical infrastructure to effectively manage large amounts of complex data. A merger with Spectrum Housing Group (My Spectrum) meant that two existing customer portals, both with extensive customer data, needed to be brought onto a single platform. Several integrations with payment systems have streamlined the financial aspect to the portal, for both customers and the Sovereign team. In the first month following the launch, the portal took £1 million in rent payments with the first payment being made just a couple of hours after go-live. Seven thousand existing customers were successfully migrated over to the new portal.
