With a career spanning more than 15 years in project management and customer success, Ondřej has built a reputation for bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs. Before joining Kentico in 2018, he held key roles at Moravia, where he managed large-scale software localization projects and worked with global development teams. His expertise lies in process optimization, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring every Kentico implementation is a success.
Beyond his professional role, Ondřej is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation. He enjoys designing and testing new services to enhance customer experience, working collaboratively with UX, Marketing, and Product teams to shape Kentico’s future.
