She came to the role with nearly a decade of experience in enterprise platform ownership and business analysis. At PPG, she spent over seven years progressing from IT Business Analyst to Sr. IT Business Analyst and Planview Systems Lead Administrator, eventually taking full ownership of the Planview SaaS platform across a 2,000+ user global environment. In that role she led major platform upgrades, designed scalable configurations aligned to business processes, delivered Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, and managed releases and change adoption at scale.

Earlier still, she supported enterprise clients at Aptean as a Business Analyst, translating business and technical requirements into functional solutions. That progression, from hands-on systems administration to full platform ownership, gives her a structured, user-centric lens on workflows, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

At Kentico, Kateřina brings that same discipline to partner operations, while also pushing the team's tooling forward: she builds AI-driven workflows with Claude to streamline recurring processes and creates reusable Claude skills that support reporting, analysis, and documentation. That pairing of process rigor with a willingness to automate and modernize is what shapes how she approaches the partner program's day-to-day operations.
