Dominik Pintér leads Kentico as CEO, bringing nearly 20 years in the software industry to one of the most consequential roles in the Digital Experience Platform space.
His path to the CEO seat started in software engineering and moved through VP of Product, VP of Engineering, and Managing Director before taking the top role. That progression gives him something rare in executive leadership: a technical foundation built from the ground up, combined with hands-on experience across product strategy, R&D, M&A, fundraising, and the commercial shift from perpetual licensing to SaaS. He has played a central role in shaping Kentico's direction, including developing cloud-based products before Azure was mainstream, championing headless CMS before the term had mainstream recognition, and contributing to one of the first SaaS DXPs on the market.
Based in Brno, Czech Republic, Dominik is also an avid runner. It is not a throwaway detail.
