Growth for those in need
The site was fully integrated with the two Turn2us custom web applications, Benefits Calculator and Grant Search. Data integration is key to navigation between the systems along with a custom single-sign-on function that permits a fluid customer journey.
The site has now grown to more than 4,000 pages of content and is still growing. The management of the content has been crucial to the on-going development and Kentico provides a great tool for managing a site as large as this. The website content is aggregated into guides—structured pages to present complicated information, clearly and in small chunks that could be easily digested.
Results
The site was launched in June 2015 to replace the one on an outdated CMS. Since go-live, the reaction has been very positive internally at Turn2us and externally with advisers and external organisations. To grasp the website development properly, have a look at the following statistics.
