Product Support FAQs

When you use a supported version, you can get technical support for the given version. If your version is no longer supported, we’re not able to provide support even if you have a valid maintenance and we suggest that you upgrade to a supported version or, preferably, to the latest available version.

Xperience by Kentico Migration Toolkit is a collection of tools developed and supported by Kentico. Our toolkits singnificantly simplify migration from previous Kentico Xperience versions as well as other systems to Xperience by Kentico.

Kentico Xperience 13 is approaching the end of its product lifecycle. Please note that by using the product, the following important dates apply to you: 
 

  • January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026: We will continue to provide technical support via remote communication. During this period, we will issue releases only in the form of security hotfixes. No other fixes, patches, enhancements, or updates will be delivered. 
  • From January 1, 2027: We will cease all support, maintenance, updates, releases, hotfixes, patches, repairs (including security repairs), and any other services related to Kentico Xperience 13.

As a result, any use of Kentico Xperience 13 after December 31, 2026 will relate to the unsupported software and as such will be at your sole risk. From January 1, 2027, you assume full liability for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including those arising from security incidents, resulting from or in connection with such use of the software. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability on our part related to Kentico Xperience 13 arising out of or in connection with any agreement or other legally binding act, granted by any means or in any form, will terminate on December 31, 2026. After that date, in no event we will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, business interruption, or goodwill, regardless of cause or theory of liability. 

If you would like to upgrade, you may move from Kentico Xperience 13 to our current product offering, Xperience by Kentico, based on mutually agreed terms.

All support ends, including security updates, hotfixes, and technical assistance. Plan to upgrade before the end date to stay secure.

Yes, our roadmap is available to partners in the Partner Portal. 
We release hotfixes regularly for fixed bugs. If you’re facing a major issue, we recommend applying the latest hotfix available for your Kentico version.
