Built into the platform, AIRA offers recommendations, writing assistance, content transformations, campaign insights, and more. Think of AIRA as a built-in marketing assistant that can immediately understand the context of your campaigns, accessing insights and recommendations at lightning speed.

AIRA works as a chatbot in the right sidebar of the main interface, where you can ask questions and get real-time assistance. Aside from the chatbot, AIRA is embedded throughout Xperience by Kentico: 

  • Included in the Email Builder for AI-powered content suggestions
  • Available in the Rich Text Editor to assist with text refinement
  • Used in image processing to automatically select the best focal point
  • Provides insights within Customer Journey analytics to help optimize marketing campaigns across the platform
