1. A conversational UI
AIRA offers a conversational UI thatis meant to feel like talking to a colleague. Ask questions, get product guidance, request content ideas, get feedback, and get responses written in clear, familiar language.
AIRA doesn't guess; it relies on documentation and Xperience by Kentico’s actual functions. AIRA can share documentation links if you’d like more details or make quick suggestions to improve clarity and style. Your previous conversations are saved so you can quickly go back and reference past information in a couple of clicks.
2. Fast, AI-powered translations
Reach any audience without language barriers. Since it works natively inside Kentico, automatic translations are supported right out of the box. Configure your target language variants, and AIRA will handle the rest. After configuration, AIRA can quickly translate entire pages into your selected language variants.
You can also guide AIRA on how to handle specific words and phrases, including the option to leave them untranslated. This is useful for teams that need to keep, for example, product names, brands, or features in their original language
3. Customer Journey Insights with AIRA
AIRA is able to work with your customer journey to analyze insights and gather relevant feedback. You can get information about which contact groups are actively progressing through each stage of a journey, see which audience segments are performing well (and which ones are not), and see drop-off points.
AIRA makes it easier to analyze your customer journeys, with options to summarize key findings so you can see the full picture instantaneously. Real-time performance insights are also available through AIRA to help sharpen campaigns on the spot without switching to other digital marketing tools.
4. Create image variants with AIRA
AIRA Image Variants have been enhanced with improved usability and scalability in the latest update. Scaling variants can now be defined using one dimension, allowing images to conveniently scale up or down automatically without cropping.
This update will help simplify the setup process and create consistent image formatting for all of your assets, from product photos to campaign graphics for your website.
