UFCU’s previous website, built on Sitecore, had become a major source of frustration for both users and internal teams. By adopting Xperience by Kentico, UFCU gained access to built-in preview and scheduling tools, streamlining workflows for content editing efficiency, and a more cost-effective platform that delivers the power and performance expected from an enterprise-grade solution.

Xperience by Kentico was the ideal solution for United Federal Credit Union’s website overhaul, replacing their outdated Sitecore instance that lacked the flexibility, speed, and usability needed to support a modern digital experience. The platform offered robust out-of-the-box features, deep customization capabilities, and user-friendly tools to improve both content management and internal workflows. Third-party integrations were also included for syncing real-time financial data 

SilverTech leveraged a blend of Kentico’s native functionality and custom development to meet UFCU’s unique requirements. Built-in features like Page Builder, Content Hub, and flexible widget configurations laid the groundwork for a scalable site experience. The Content Hub, in particular, enabled centralized management of dynamic content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the site.
