Challenges

The startup was searching for a robust platform capable of adapting to its evolving needs, one that could handle frequent updates without constant developer intervention. The team wanted to avoid a complex tech stack and looked for a digital platform with strong built-in capabilities.

Together with Red Door Interactive, AllSeater chose Xperience by Kentico. Its robust capabilities and easy scalability were the right fit, and the platform’s native CMS and digital marketing features simplified ongoing management and addressed security considerations.

Before launching the new season for ticket management, the website focused on building interest in the product and encouraging visitors to sign up for news and updates. Once the service launched, the site shifted toward driving digital commerce and motivating users to sign up for a plan and begin using the platform.

What does the AllSeater team love the most about their new Xperience by Kentico? Firstly, the admin interface is super-fast. Secondly, the hybrid headless architecture of Xperience by Kentico enables content to be used on other channels, but you avoid the drawbacks of a pure headless system that must be built from scratch.

The AllSeater team has made great use of Kentico's built-in features to improve their fan experience. Their website collects contacts through forms and integrates with their ticket management through APIs. When a website user buys one of the plans, their account is automatically created on the AllSeater product platform. Thanks to this clever automation, nobody needs to spend time manually creating accounts, and it’s much faster.  

Why Kentico?

To manage content across multiple channels, AllSeater uses Kentico’s Content Hub as a central content library for the website, email, and other channels. This allows the team to create and update key content in one place and reuse it wherever needed.

Web pages are built using Kentico’s Page Builder, an intuitive WYSIWYG visual editor. Editors pull items directly from the Content Hub and place them into reusable templates and widgets. While flexible, these templates ensure all pages include required elements such as SEO metadata.
