Michaela Dávidíková keeps Kentico's global partner ecosystem running, managing the operational infrastructure that allows partner relationships to scale without losing quality.
Before joining Kentico in 2025, Michaela spent four years as a Vendor Relations Manager at RWS Group, one of the world's largest language and content services companies, followed by a senior role at Acclaro. That background is built entirely around managing complex, multi-party relationships at scale: identifying and onboarding the right partners, negotiating terms, maintaining systems, and acting as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams. At Kentico, she applies exactly that skillset to the partner program, supporting the VP of Partnerships across daily operations, portal management, performance reporting, co-marketing coordination, and new partner onboarding.
Earlier in her career she also worked across HR, localization, and content at Notum Technologies and Smartsupp, which gives her an unusually broad understanding of how organisations work from the inside and why good processes matter at every level.
