Before joining Kentico, Martina led product initiatives at RWS, managing multi-cloud platforms and new business services from concept to launch. Her experience includes end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, agile team leadership, and stakeholder communication—all fueled by a strong business mindset and a knack for turning complex challenges into user-centric solutions.

At Kentico, Martina focuses on evolving the Digital Commerce offering of the Xperience by Kentico platform. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Whether she's facilitating Scrum ceremonies, defining a roadmap, or diving into UX design, she brings clarity, curiosity, and creative energy to the table.
