AIRA Pricing, Usage, & Policies

AIRA is Kentico’s native AI service, built into Xperience by Kentico to help you work faster and smarter. It operates on a credit-based model, giving you predictable usage with the flexibility to scale as your needs grow. 

The Agentic Marketing Suite expands AIRA with purpose-built agents that support both content and digital marketing workflows to help marketers move from planning to execution without delays, handoffs, or extra tools. No new platforms. No disconnected workflows. Just faster execution inside Xperience by Kentico.

How AIRA Works

AIRA operates on a credit system. Every action performed by AIRA consumes credits based on the complexity and type of task. 

Every month, your team will be able to use these credits to explore new AIRA features and to continue using the AIRA features you've had to date. Understand how those features consume credits and evaluate which AIRA features and agents add the most value for your team. 

Example Credit Usage

The number of credits consumed depends on the type and complexity of the task. The table below shows typical examples of how AIRA credits are used.

Kentico reserves the right to adjust the number of credits included with a license, monthly credit allocation and rollover rules and credit consumption per AIRA feature or action. Any changes will be reflected in the product and relevant documentation. 

Complimentary Credits Included with Your License  

Every Xperience by Kentico license automatically includes:

• 200,000 AIRA complimentary credits per year
• Credits are distributed monthly: 16,666 credits per month
• No setup required:  credits are available automatically once your license is active.  

When You Need More Credits

If your team needs additional capacity beyond the included credits, you can purchase AIRA credit packages at any time. In the AIRA app, you can request additional credits using this form: 

Introductory Credit Packages  

These packages are designed to help you get started with AIRA quickly and are   aligned with your license tier.

Boost Packages (Scale Your Usage)  

If you already use AIRA and need more power, you can boost your existing package with one of the following options:  

Credit Rollover Policy 

• Unused monthly credits roll over for up to 3 months
• After the 3-month rollover window, unused credits expire
• This gives you flexibility for seasonal or project-based usage without unlimited accumulation
