Challenges 

Bonvenu Bank needed a new website that would support both customer expectations and business goals, with a focus on what would serve them best now and in the future. To make this vision come to life, they needed a flexibile, future-proof CMS with built-in digital marketing tools. This inspired the bank to migrate from WordPress to Xperience by Kentico, partnering with ZAG Interactive to ensure their success.   

To match their vision and improve performance, the new site needed better navigation, a more engaging customer journey, and simpler content management for admins. The goal was to create a user-friendly layout that would guide visitors through product pages, support promotions, and meet ADA compliance standards to ensure an accessible user experience for all audiences, including those with visual or auditory impairments.

To boost engagement, they created an intuitive user experience that engages visitors with a clean, clutter-free design that strategically positions their financial products, tools, and services. With new custom features and flexibility, the hassle was taken out of site management and marketing for Bonvenu Bank.

Just one month after launch, the site showed strong improvements across key performance indicators. Increases in average engagement time and event counts per active user suggest that visitors are spending more time interacting with brand content. This heightened engagement contributes to a stronger website experience and opens the door to deeper connections, increased interest, and more meaningful on-site events.

Future plans

Bonvenu Bank plans to continue to enhance their website experience through new technologies, timely content, and by taking advantage of new trends as they evolve. They look forward to using even more sophisticated marketing features, too.
