Martina Pavelek

Martina has grown with Kentico over nearly six years. She joined as an Xperience Operations Representative, then became Head of Operations, leading the department responsible for internal processes and tooling, before stepping into her current role. Along the way, she has built and expanded a team of internal developers and project managers, designed and maintained CRM processes in Microsoft Dynamics, and connected them with tools like ZoomInfo, Business Central, Outreach, and PandaDoc. She has also led the development of Kentico's internal customer portals and continues to model and refine the business processes that support teams across the company. She is also an active supporter of Kentico's hiring efforts, regularly helping to connect talented people with roles across the business.

Before Kentico, Martina spent more than three years at online travel company Kiwi.com, where she progressed from Order Processing Specialist to Team Manager, leading a team of 12, and later to Team Coordinator. There, she monitored team performance, evaluated and reported KPIs, managed incentive budgets, and coordinated with vendor sites in the Philippines and India. Earlier roles in sales support and shift management gave her a practical, people-first foundation for operations leadership. That combination of hands-on customer experience, team leadership, and systems thinking means she understands both the people and the processes behind a well-run organization.
