Ivana Vatolik leads Kentico's global SDR/BDR team as Senior Director of Business Development, building and scaling the sales development function that connects businesses to Xperience by Kentico's Digital Experience Platform.
Her progression through Kentico is one of the clearest internal growth stories in the organization. She joined as an SDR, moved into an Account Executive role, and built her way up to leading a global team, which means every decision she makes about how to structure, coach, and scale a sales development function is grounded in having done the job herself at every level. Before Kentico, Ivana honed her sales foundations at Notino, one of Europe's largest beauty e-commerce platforms, where she developed the selling and team training skills she has since brought into the tech industry. That combination of frontline sales experience and leadership development instinct is what makes her approach to building teams distinctive: she coaches from genuine understanding of what the role demands, not from a management framework applied from a distance.
