Debbie Tuček leads product at Kentico, driving the innovation, strategy, and go-to-market thinking that keeps Xperience by Kentico at the front of the digital experience platform category.
With over a decade of experience spanning product management and marketing, Debbie brings a rare dual fluency to the VP role: she understands what gets built and why, and she understands how to take it to market in a way that lands. At Kentico, she leads a geographically distributed team, shapes long-term product vision, and works across the organisation to ensure the platform evolves in step with where the industry is actually heading, not just where the current roadmap points. Before moving into product leadership, she lectured in business and academic communications at UNSW Canberra.
Debbie grew up in Australia and now lives in Prague, and that global arc shows up in how she leads: with an eye for different markets, different contexts, and the kinds of problems that do not look the same from every angle.
