Branislav Smik leads consulting and customer education at Kentico, helping organizations maximize their investment in Xperience by Kentico from pre-sales through long-term adoption and growth.

He came to the role with a foundation that spans both technical depth and customer-facing leadership. Starting as a part-time Technical Writer in 2017, Branislav moved into a full-time position, then progressed to lead the Customer Education team, and now directs a team of 17 professionals across consulting and customer success. Over nine years at Kentico, he's accumulated deep product knowledge while building teams and scaling education programs that serve thousands of customers globally. This trajectory, from hands-on technical writer to multi-team leader, means he understands both the details that matter to developers and the organizational challenges that matter to enterprises.

At Kentico, Branislav bridges the persistent gap between technology and business goals. He manages software projects and services, mentors team members, and shapes the direction of customer education and consulting strategy. His approach combines agile leadership principles with practical technical knowledge and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes.
