Information Regarding Data Switching - EU CUSTOMERS ONLY

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act), we hereby inform our customers about the available procedures for switching to another provider and other related necessary information.

If a customer decides to switch to another service provider, we provide individual assistance in accordance with the concluded service agreement. Currently, we do not offer automated switching tools.

Because customers fully own and control their websites, including the source code, and content they may redeploy their website to another infrastructure provider at any time. Our role in the switching process is limited to providing access to our APIs, relevant technical documentation, and reasonable support during the transition.

If a fixed-term contract is terminated early as a result of the switching process, we may require the customer to pay the agreed subscription fees, as stipulated in the Terms of Service.

The jurisdiction to which the ICT infrastructure used to provide hosting service is subject is governed by the laws of the country where the customer has chosen to store their data (see Microsoft Azure storage locations).

To prevent unlawful international access by public authorities to non-personal data processed within our services, or its transfer, we apply the following safeguards:

  • implementation of standard data security measures, including physical access controls and encryption of stored and processed data,
