E-commerce solution integrated with Salesforce

The new site now serves as the central hub for the businesses’ critical product lines and brands. The new structure presents Smiths Interconnect as the umbrella brand in association with their ten primary product brands. It is modern, responsive, attractive, and user-friendly.

The project required providing a substantial product catalogue that met all of Smiths Interconnect divisional business needs. Products were configured using multiple page types to enable different custom fields per product group. Kentico Smart Search functionality was utilised to display products and filter products using a number of dropdown options including brand, technologies, and product line. Kentico functionalities such as Custom Tables and Brands Applications were used to populate filter options. The build phase consisted of custom development, including Salesforce CRM integration.

We have been using Kentico for over 6 years for three different websites and have found it to be very user friendly allowing our team around the globe to manage these websites more effectively. The Kentico system is flexible which has made merging, adapting and growing our site fairly easy. I found the ability to add and manage multiple languages to be one of the most impressive features.
