The plan was to create a conversion-focused site that offered a comprehensible and fluent user journey. Extensive use of Kentico’s customizable Web Parts and its easy-to-use E-commerce structures allowed for the creation of the “Device and Plan Comparison Tool”, a phone plan signup, as well as a brand new checkout system. Continuum also integrated Kentico with both the customer's internal stock system and third-party payment, trade-in, and order tracking systems. The use of Kentico’s open code allowed Continuum to extend Kentico’s structure to create custom-designed functionality and integrations. This resulted in a greater emphasis on UX and UI design and ultimately led to a lower budget for the project for Carphone Warehouse.
