Sony Scene

The Sony camera enthusiast community found a place for sharing experiences and skills via events and articles led by photography experts. Aside from content administrators, there is a type of user called “Hosts” that can log in and create events and judge photography competitions. The Webcoda team spent a lot of time designing and refining the mobile UI so that Hosts can do all of their work from their phone. The best examples of this are when Hosts can flick through photo competition entries and shortlist photos. The other example is when a Host runs an event and wants to check-in guests from their phone as they arrive. Users can purchase tickets and Hosts can do communication blasts to attendees.

College of Physicians and Surgeons Ontario

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario regulates the medical profession by setting qualification requirements and standards of medical practice and professionalism for doctors. The major challenges of this website involved developing custom solutions. The client has been working with Portal Engine in the past, so the main goal was to incorporate similar Portal Engine features into Kentico 12 MVC. Interesting built the WYSIWYG editable text widget (similar to portal engine’s editable web part) using CKEditor (v.4) and with CKFinder. The CKFinder was used to manage and insert media library files into the editor.  

The Bushmills Inn

The aim of the project was to create a brand new, engaging and responsive website for a prestigious Hotel, The Bushmills Inn on the North Coast of Northern Ireland. Bushmills needed the project to be completed quickly in order to begin taking bookings for the upcoming busy season. Kentico helped with the speed of build as the out-of-the-box functionality allowed for immediate development and to get the basic structure up and running quickly. The website is integrated with booking engine Avivo and Campaign Monitor for email marketing campaigns, enhanced by clear CTAs, user-centric design, and brand imagery. Since the launch, sessions have increased by 45% and conversion rate has risen from 0.69% to 2.38%.

Berkshire Bank

Since 1846, Berkshire Bank has been providing financial solutions to its customers and community. With a long tradition of excellent service and performance, Berkshire Bank knew it was time to redesign its website to better align with the current brand, business objectives, and strategic priorities. The new website offers robust capabilities for customized features and functionalities, such as the Rates Management, Locations Finder, and Solutions Finder tools. It also offers opportunities for phase two initiatives, including Email Campaigns and Marketing Automation within Kentico.

Element Six

MMT Digital were approached to create a website that allows Element 6 to consolidate their position as a global authority in synthetic diamond and supermaterials and position them as a thought leader. As such, it was crucial that the new site promoted their knowledge across a wide number of industries with an easy-to-navigate content library. In addition, MMT Digital were tasked with migrating the previous site from the IBM WebSphere portal. MMT Digital decided to reduce the complexity of the site, simplifying the content structure and architecture and creating simplified customer journeys. Typical time spent on key pages has increased by 166% (from 36s to 1 minute and 36s).

FTA is one of the biggest business groups in the UK, supporting, shaping, and standing up for efficient logistics. It is the only organization in the UK that represents all of logistics, with members from the road, rail, sea, and air industries, as well as the buyers of freight services such as retailers and manufacturers whose businesses depend on the efficient movement of goods. FTA’s new website provides a direct replacement for front and back-end solutions. A redesign itself needed to enable cross-selling and upselling throughout the website.

All of their partners needed an appropriate digital presence based on the same CMS platform. There were two main goals for the website: to join forces with insurance companies from all over the globe and to attract new insurance partners to join the alliance. Kentico allows easy creation and application of widgets that are here to help with maintenance of content. So, even non-developers are able to understand and configure them.

The Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC) is the regulatory, governing, and training body for more than 36,000 CPA members and 5,000 CPA students and candidates. This new site showcases all the high-quality professional development opportunities and products available to the CPABC membership. The aim of the project was to create a mobile-first user experience that aligned with the primary CPABC site. Additionally, E-cubed Media Synthesis needed to integrate with iMIS to allow for rich search/filtering and provide real-time status. iMIS is a tool enabling to connect with members and donors, it improves engagement and increases retention.

Assumption Life (AML) Insurance Company required a new website that would provide a tool for managing their storefronts,  maintenance of back-end clean-up process, and administration. Now, all the multilingual content on the webpages and email templates is editable and manageable by the content editors. The website is also integrated with a calculation engine, leverages Kentico EMS features such as Email Marketing for delivering newsletters and email campaigns, and Contact Management enabling to maintain users and their consent status. Ray Business Technologies used agile methodology to deliver Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initially and subsequently added remaining features.
