Team Wendy’s new Kentico site allowed for better categorization of available product and accessory options by audience segment, eliminating confusion for users and making the online shopping experience more intuitive. The new site needed to integrate Team Wendy’s various back-end systems including the CMS, order fulfillment, payment processing through Virtual Merchant and PayPal gateways, shipping, and tax details into one efficient user interface. The site also needed to ensure that the entire online experience, especially the online check-out process, was optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewing.
