It was necessary to find a solid solution as Smiths Group is a global leader in applying advanced technologies, employing 22,000 people in 50 plus countries, and has been in business for more than 160 years with per annum revenues exceeding £3.2 billion.
i3 Digital’s UX and design team created a highly engaging, visually appealing responsive e-commerce website that highlights Smiths Interconnect's status as a global leader in providing advanced technologies and promotes their vast and varied product range. The goal was to combine web personalisation, marketing automation, and e-commerce features. Marketing automation is utilised for product promotional and retargeting campaigns. Personas help to customise campaign messaging based on previous activity, purchase, and interest.
