With over 300,000 members and $4 billion in assets, it is the third-largest credit union in Florida. SCCU looked to partner with Wakefly to reorganize, redesign, and rebuild their public-facing marketing website. Also, the new website improves SCCU’s ability to recruit new members and increase its revenue.
Site performance and an improved content management editing experience were top priorities of the website redesign. SCCU has several types of products, including but not limited to mortgages, checking and savings accounts, and auto loans, all of which have multiple rates associated with them depending on the type of product. The mortgage rate and payment estimator asks visitors questions regarding their mortgage, which enables the marketing team to refine the choices for the visitor. It also prompts them to contact a member of the SCCU team to discuss further. Since the website revamp, there has been a 239% increase in conversions.
