A combination of out-of-the-box Kentico EMS features and functionality, along with specific custom modules, were implemented to allow for scale and flexibility. To date, Baby Village are using Kentico to manage all their email marketing and automated re-engagement marketing. Email marketing includes notifying their subscribers of product specials, new arrivals, etc. Baby Village has started with relatively basic marketing automation - a simple abandoned cart functionality - but are looking to add additional re-engagement communications as a matter of priority. Year-on-year website activity is positive: a 142% increase in revenue and a 38% increase in e-commerce conversion rate.
