Why I love Kentico

There are many reasons why I love working at Kentico. The most important thing for me is the freedom to not only organize your time but also to make decisions and be held accountable for them. That’s a powerful combination that enables people to truly make a difference. On top of that, I love that the people at Kentico care deeply about their customers, and, at the same time, Kentico as an organization in turn genuinely cares about their employees. Work-life balance is not just another buzz phrase here. I find it personally motivating that I can achieve many other life goals on top of being a member of management at a successful tech company.

My responsibilities at Kontent by Kentico include leading a global marketing team, formulating our go-to-marketing strategy, and overseeing all product marketing and demand generation programs.

My journey

When Kontent was founded, I inhabited the first customer-facing role in the original team of five individuals and was directly responsible for exceeding Kontent’s first $1 million in annual revenue. That was a very singular experience and one that to this day makes me really proud of what we achieved working from the ground up. Before joining the Kontent Executive Team, I held several product, marketing, and sales roles, and I was a member of commercial leadership, where my duties consisted of optimizing pricing strategy, conducting global sales enablement, establishing the first Kontent integrations ecosystem, and much more.
