Why I love Kentico

Kentico has always treated me as an individual and not simply another employee. Even before joining the business, I met with our CEO—Petr Palas, which demonstrated his commitment to the people he wanted to shape his company. I have been given opportunities to voice my opinion in several areas and I have seen those manifest into positive changes. On occasions when my suggestions are not followed through, I am always given feedback and a reasoned response. This fairness, openness, and transparency is in the DNA of Kentico which makes it a genuinely great company to be part of.

My job at Kentico

I lead a global team of ambitious, client centric sales professionals who help clients across the globe solve their real-world content operations challenges. We have defined one consistent way of working to ensure we follow best practices, that are refined in response to the changing business landscape. But it does not mean we are using robots. I have an amazing team of individuals who are encouraged to bring their own style and personality to all discussions. The personal and professional approach demonstrated by the team has resulted in a growth rate of 100% year over year. This makes me extremely proud.

My journey

I joined Kentico in 2014 following 16 years in professional sales starting out as a Telemarketing Executive. With an Honours degree in Molecular Genetics, I entered the world of specialty chemicals, working with some of the world's leading manufacturers of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and additives. In 2006 I applied my successful sales skills to digital engagement. Starting with CRM and gradually transitioning to Web. On joining Kentico I was responsible for the sturdy growth in our UK region, building a strong network of channel partners and championing the adoption of our fledgling product, we now know as Kontent by Kentico. Since joining Kentico I accepted the roles of Sales Director UK, Sales Director EMEA and am now honored to be VP of Global Sales for Kontent by Kentico.
