Hartstichting is a nonprofit organization that needed a solution that would allow them to spread knowledge about cardiovascular diseases among those who suffer from a heart condition, their close ones, or anyone interested in getting more information.

During the first month after the launch, the site has achieved:

Since the nature of the content may reveal visitors’ medical condition, the greatest challenge was to provide functionalities such as creating a personalized guide and displaying content relevant to different groups of people without the need to ask visitors for their personal information, tracking their behavior, or the need to create personal logins in order to use the content of the website. Marketing automation is used also when sending out personalized guides that website visitors want to share with others. Using forms, visitors are able to register their AED devices, which with registering volunteers, enables Hartstichting to build a life-saving network.
