With a rich history and varied environments, Amelia Island, located in the northeast part of Florida, is a place where productivity meets tranquility. Amelia Island’s Tourist Development Council needed a website designed to show visitors both their business and the fun side of it.

It was crucial to find the best way to organize and restructure the website directory. In addition to that, Amelia Island’s Tourist Development Council wanted to be able to manage updates of their listings easily. And then they found the solution—thanks to Kentico’s intuitive and user-friendly interface, their team can now update the website’s content effortlessly.

With mobile experience at the front, Kentico responsive components were critical for this project. SilverTech, a digital marketing and technology company, implemented and customized several features within Kentico:

Amelia Island vacations can appeal to a wide variety of visitors. To satisfy all visitor groups, website personalization is employed to deliver the appropriate imagery and messaging to each potential traveler. Contact groups and personas are used to create targetable segments based on implicit user behavior and explicit interest categories collected on the primary conversion form.

From these segments, users are delivered personalized content and event recommendations. They are also placed into a marketing automation funnel that will provide content matching their interests.

SilverTech’s strategy team continues to work closely with the Amelia Island Tourist Development Council to maximize conversion rates through continual optimization of user experience and usability, as well as by the execution and measurement of digital efforts such as website personalization and marketing automation.
