Kentico Hires New Global Channel Director John Swanson

Nashua, New Hampshire, USA, September 4, 2013 – Kentico Software, a leader in customer experience management, today announced it has hired John Swanson to fill a new executive role created to lead the company’s channel partner programs.

John is now the leader responsible for defining at the global level Kentico’s overall channel strategy while overseeing integrated channel marketing program creation, execution, and measurement. He will work in close collaboration with the management team and territory managers to identify and grow strategic alignment between Kentico Software and all global partner alliances.

A consulting software/IT veteran with more than a decade of sales and client satisfaction experience, John was most recently VP of Business Development at iMedia, Inc. where he worked with clients on achieving their online goals by optimizing their web content management, marketing optimization and social software strategies. Prior to iMedia, John served as Director of Strategic Alliances at web content managent systems provider Ektron where he worked with some of the world’s top interactive agencies.
