The Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) is an organization of 4,000 members who practice public relations in Canada and abroad. Over five months, Inorbital carried out the migration from Drupal CMS and redesigned the website from scratch. The integration challenge of this project was to sync Kentico user accounts (and membership) with CPRS member data. The first challenge appeared when the former member database existed separately from the website, so it was necessary to convert the member roles from CPRS’s database into Kentico CMS user roles. A custom MS-SQL database job board allows users to post vacancies as well as search and filter them.
