On the heels of other international accolades, Kentico’s recognition as an April 2019 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Web Content Management (WCM) for Kentico Xperience is a very proud moment for us.
In our 15 years as a company and software, we have striven to make products that our customers love to use. Feedback is imperative to Kentico, both culturally and within our solutions. Trees for Bugs, for example, is a beloved initiative that incentivizes our users to report bugs in exchange for a promised seven-day fix as well as a tree planted in their name.
And so we find ourselves often asking for, reading, and acting upon our customers’ honest opinions. After all, people who use our product every day are the best equipped to tell us where there’s room for improvement.
