The goal of the Customer Success Package is to help all of our customers make all of their projects successful by providing them with professional services in the form of our expertise, guidance, and best practices. We will guide you through all the project phases, starting from analysis, followed by building requirements, through to implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Our Customer Success Team, consisting of Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, Training Specialists, and Support Engineers, is here to guide you every step of the way. We aim to prevent problems by properly onboarding and educating new customers, and enabling them to deliver better projects quicker and more easily.

 

The Entire Project Life Cycle Made Easier

Our Customer Success Manager ensures the smooth running of your project by scheduling weekly meetings and providing appropriate services in each of the project phases:

  • Gathering and building requirements
    Our Customer Success Manager will discuss your project goals and requirements of Kentico products and services. We will also provide you with technical training (Developer Essentials and Advanced Developer) to make sure that your team know the possibilities of Kentico and to help you get the most out of it.
  • Analysis and Design
    Following the Kentico Deliver Now! Methodology, you will have consulting sessions tailored for your specific project as well as custom training to suit your project needs. 
  • Implementation and Content Creation
    Our Solution Architects will help you stay on track with the implementation of your project by leading technical discussions and providing guidance within Kentico’s best practices. 
  • QA Deployment, Testing, and Validation
    Our Solution Architects will carry out a Performance and Health Audit, a Security Audit, and an Upgrade Audit (depending on your package) of your website in order to prevent any performance, scalability, security, and maintenance issues. 
  • End-user training
    Our Training Specialists will provide Content Admin Essentials and Online Marketing Essentials training to end-users. Additionally, we offer custom training to suit the needs of end-users to make sure they are utilizing the implemented website to its full potential. 
  • Deployment and Go Live!
    This is one of the critical points of the project, so our Solution Architect will allocate an entire day to be on-call or waiting on stand-by to assist you. 
  • Ongoing Maintenance
    When you need to keep up-to-date with the most recent versions of Kentico or further improve your current implementation, our 24/7 Technical Support team as well as Consulting team are here to help you out.
