But we don't feel the need to shout about it. Instead, we focus our efforts on making Kentico even better. Everybody knows how much they work, which allows for easier planning of morning training or for that much needed early Friday escape. Overtime isn't overlooked either and every extra hour is paid.

We are free to devote one-fifth of our working time to reading text books, working on our own projects, or improving current products. Communication in English is a must, and is supported through language courses. We attend conferences and pay certification costs whenever it makes sense.

We may be large, but we are not stuck in a rut. We're not big fans of meetings and are not sticklers for paperwork. Instead, we strive to improve our product and try new and meaningful things. If you have an idea, share it. We can all decide on what our next project is.

We even have our own internal start-up teams. Or maybe you fancy specializing in something? No problem. We have no strict rules about career development.  We don't focus on junior and senior levels. Just contact us. We will arrange a meeting to get to know each other better, and then we can say “yeah, that could work”.
