What is maintenance and what happens when my maintenance expires?

The maintenance covers:

  • Unlimited free technical global 24/7 support during your maintenance period (by e-mail and phone).
  • All major (6.0, 7.0, etc.) upgrades released during your maintenance period.

When your maintenance expires, you can keep using the product, but you will lose the above listed maintenance benefits. You can find the maintenance prices here.

What technical support do you provide? What are the support hours that you cover?

We provide global 24/7 technical support by phone and email to our clients with valid maintenance contract and to evaluators. You can find all contacts here.

Can I miss a year of my maintenance contract and renew every couple years?

You can miss a year but you will not save your money because your new maintenance period starts from the date when their previous period expired so you need to pay for all missed years.

My maintenance contract expired and I want to hire your consultant to resolve my technical issue. Is it possible?

Our consulting services can't be purchased as a replacement of free technical support included in maintenance.
