Each project and task is defined by a set of properties that can be edited through an intuitive user interface, including the following:

names of the related users
time estimate

You can configure the permissions of a project in order to limit which users are allowed to view, create, edit or delete the given project and its tasks. Individual tasks can also be flagged as private, which means they will only be displayed to their creator and to the user to whom they are assigned.
