Before starting the Kentico CMS installation, make sure that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (SP1) or higher, Internet Information Services (IIS) and SQL Server are installed and available on your local computer. If you haven't installed these or you are not sure, please use the Hosted Trial, where no additional installations are needed. You can start to create your website with the trial version and then roll up to production by replacing the trial license key with a purchased perpetual license key.
