In the world of software, there has always been a debate whether you should choose a combination of several best-of-breed products or a single all-in-one solution. Many years ago, we decided to deliver a fully integrated, feature-complete solution. At that time, we didn't know that it would be once called CXM. But we knew such a solution would provide our customers with huge benefits over expensive and painful integration of several products. Obviously, it takes some time to execute such vision, but I believe we are coming closer to our goal with every release.
With version 6, we added a big set of new features for on-line marketing and delivered one of the most complete CXM solutions on the market. In the future, we will continue adding more features based on your feedback (such as the newly released Chat or Banner Management). At the same time, we will keep improving our existing modules so that they cover even more scenarios and offer the best user experience (see Kentico CMS 7 roadmap). Our mission is to help you create successful websites and we believe a fully integrated CXM solution is the right choice.
