Territory Sales Manager

Job title: Sales Manager

Kentico Software, LLC is currently looking for an experienced sales executives to help create and manage business development opportunities for the Kentico CMS platform across the North American market. As a Territory Sales Manager you will need to understand how to sell web based solutions to end clients; and manage/build channel partnerships. You will bring value to the sales process through your complete understanding of key business considerations and challenges and should feel comfortable talking with the CEO, VP of Marketing or the entire IT Staff.
This position requires free thinking and self motivated top performers. Job Responsibilities:

  • Educating clients about product capabilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas, and build new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of the business relationships with new clients and solution partners
  • Work with customers to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services where opportunities exist. 
  • Execute plans to increase product exposure & identify key market opportunities and growth areas within assigned region
  • Strive to increase market share and support sales & marketing programs, RFP’s, bids & other customer requirements to grow sales & strengthen relationships
  • Expedite the sales cycle by demonstrating superior knowledge of products and services
  • Communicate the value proposition and Return on Investment (ROI) to perspective customers.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors
  • Perform sales presentations/demonstrations to match products with defined requirements
  • Participation in CMS-related social networks

Working place:

  • USA, preferably mid-west or north-central
  • this position may require frequent travelling (North America only)
  • home / virtual office

Job Requirements:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in Web development industry, preferably in an interactive agency or with a CMS vendor
  • Must have a proven “hunter” background with consultative, solution selling experience
  • Proven track record in developing and managing clients in multiple industries.
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills and oral communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working at all levels of an organization (CEO, VP of Marketing or the entire IT Staff)
  • Must possess knowledge of the Enterprise Content Management market space, competitors and related industries.
  • Previous experience selling Web Content Management Systems
  • Solid understanding of Web 2.0 technologies, SEO and other current web-related technologies
  • Must be capable of balancing general prospecting requirements, fulfilling customer needs and meeting company expectation and goals.
  • Passionate about helping other people
  • College/University degree required
  • Must be a US citizen or resident, authorized to work in the U.S
